At Noor Ahsan, we are committed to providing our customers with meticulously handcrafted, high-quality garments. Each piece is either made to order or produced in limited quantities, and undergoes rigorous quality control procedures prior to shipment.
Please carefully review our refund policy before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns and subsequent refunds or exchanges are only considered under the following circumstances:
Incorrect Item Received: If the delivered item does not match your confirmed order.
Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damage: If the product arrives with a demonstrable manufacturing flaw or is damaged during shipping. Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear, uncut video evidence of the unboxing process.
Missing Items: If a portion of your order is not included in the delivered package. This must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for the following reasons:
Change of Mind or Subjective Dislike: Dissatisfaction with the product based on personal preference after purchase.
Sizing Discrepancies (Correct Size Shipped): Issues related to fit if the correct size as per the order confirmation was dispatched.
Minor Aesthetic Variations: Slight differences in color or embellishment that may arise due to photographic lighting, camera capabilities, or individual screen settings.
Custom or Made-to-Measure Orders: Items specifically tailored to individual measurements are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the discrepancy is due to an error on our part.
Refused Delivery or Incorrect Shipping Information: Refunds will not be issued for orders that are refused upon delivery or where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.
Verification Process for Claims
To ensure the legitimacy of all claims, the following documentation is mandatory:
Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited video recording starting from the moment the parcel is opened.
Photographic Evidence: Clear photographs clearly illustrating the reported issue.
Order Details: Your order number and proof of purchase.
Claims submitted without the aforementioned documentation will not be processed under any circumstances.
Refund and Exchange Procedure
Upon verification and approval of your claim by our team:
You will have the option to receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for store credit.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of our error.
Policy on Abuse
Any attempts to manipulate or exploit this policy through fraudulent claims, excessive or unwarranted returns, or unjustified chargebacks will result in the customer being permanently barred from making future purchases with Noor Ahsan.
Noor Ahsan reserves the right to modify this policy at its discretion to safeguard our brand and customers against potential misuse.
